If you choose to return an item, you could either exchange it or receive store credit if you contact us within 14 days after the date of receipt. All returned items must be unused. Clothing that has been worn or washed cannot be returned or exchanged. ScrubSmart.com will not be responsible for additional shipping charges due to errors made by the customer.
