The Elite Medical Instruments Sprague Rappaport Professional Stethoscope is five stethoscopes in one for a full range of diagnostic applications. The dual head chest piece may be modified by attaching the diaphragm or bell pieces. The diaphragms are for high frequency sounds, while the bells are utilized for low frequency sounds.

Dual Head Stethoscope

The chest piece must be rotated with the tubing held constant to activate the specific side of the stethoscope. When the side is open, sound will be coming through for the open side. The closed side will not receive any sound. One side of the stethoscope is active at a time.
